DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel under construction. The lobby employee was asleep when we arrived. We had to go outside to find out room. Once entering the next lobby area you had to step into the elevator. The elevator was not level to the floor so you could see under the elevator, our room did not have a number so we had to guess which one was ours. Once in, the balcony door was wide open and the room was frigid. We tried to shut the balcony door but there was no door knob. I walked back to the employee to request a new room and her reply to the balcony door not shutting “well it’s on the second floor no one can jump up and in the room” What about the fact that it’s winter, animals, and it was the second floor. We were in a hotel, not camping so we didn’t want the balcony door wide open. The next room, no number on the door so we guessed, the room was HOT AS COULD BE. The bedding was filthy, the shower was full of hair, the toilet constantly ran, the towels were embedded with hair, the television did not work, and the peep hole was backwards. You could not see out, but from the hall, you could see in. The lock did not work on the door so it was not secure. If it wasn’t late at night and I had already paid I would have left. We had to remove the blankets, use our own, thank God we brought them. Could not shower due to the cleanliness and the hair in the towels. It was bad. Really bad.
