Unfortunately, me and my party have a lot to say about our stay. The place has a roach and rat infestation, which we gathered evidence of in the forms of photos and videos. The property claims to have a pool amenity, however the pool is not open to Vrbo guests till mid June, which is not communicated on Vrbo, as my party booked this place for the pool. You also need a keycard to access the pool, which was not present on the property. Additionally, the home itself did not appear to be swept or wiped down well before we stayed. Also, there is NO air conditioning in the property. Only heat, which our party overlooked while booking. We attempted to communicate our infestation problems with Vacasa who managers the property, however they did not respond to most of our inquires and it was not until over half of the stay did we get into contact with the local management. Jeff from Local management was nice, understanding, had good communication skills, and would really tried to help us out; however, his management would only provide a 25% refund despite the infestation, lack of amenities, and poor communication issues from Vacasa's main customer support team we had since the first day of our stay.
