Elegant villa with private pool on Lake Balaton

An old dream came true when we were able to purchase our holiday home in Révfülöp, in the Balaton Uplands in 2020.

The house, which evokes the atmosphere of the 1980s, has been redesigned and renovated with the help of excellent professionals to match our current taste. As a result, it now offers a modern, smart home for us and our dear guests in every season.

The holiday home consists of two apartments, making it an ideal place for couples, larger families, grandparents, or children to relax and unwind.

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms: a king‑size bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the children’s room. On this level, the living room with an open‑plan kitchen provides a pleasant space for family and friends. In addition to the bathroom and guest WC, there is also a laundry room on this floor to ensure a comfortable stay.

The upper floor is accessible via a separate staircase. Here you will find two more bedrooms, each with a double bed and Cardo mattresses for restful sleep. This level also includes a small kitchen and a large south‑facing terrace with sun loungers and a wide awning.

The 1100 m² garden offers parking for up to three cars, and electric vehicles can also be charged. In the garden, you will find a 6×3‑meter pool with sun loungers, barbecue and cooking facilities. The large lawn is perfect for badminton, yoga, and other activities. In the shade of the trees, you can relax and unwind.

Since our start in 2022, we have been continuously improving the villa. Pool heating (2024), pool enclosure (2025), electric car charging station (2026) — just to mention a few examples.

Toller Urlaub in stilvoller Villa

Die Villa haben wir im August für 10 Tage als zwei befreundete Familien gebucht. Die Aufteilung im zwei separate Bereiche war super, so hatte jede Familie einen Rückzugsort. Gemeinsame Aktivitäten und gemeinsames Essen waren im Erdgeschoss im großen Wohnbereich und auf der Terrasse möglich. Im Obergeschoss gab es einen herrlichen Blick auf den Balaton. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, geschmackvoll und reichlich. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Reinigung war tadellos und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber per Mail stets sehr herzlich und schnell. Die Villa befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, zum Strandbad sind wir mit den Kids ca. 10 Minuten gelaufen. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Einkaufsladen, sowie Restaurants und Souvenirgeschäfte. Revfülöp ist touristisch noch nicht so überlaufen wie Siofok oder andere größere Orte am Balaton. Wir haben es sehr genossen und einen tollen Urlaub am Balaton verbracht. Herzlichen Dank an unsere Gastgeber, sie haben ein wunderschönes Feriendomizil erschaffen!

Super entspanntes verlängertes Wochenende mit Freunden am Balaton

Da wir das ganze Haus für uns hatten, konnten wir den Aufenthalt sehr genießen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die untere Wohnung mit Terrasse kann bis zu 8 Leuten sehr gut zum zusammen essen aufnehmen. Der Pool und der Garten sind im Sommer sicher noch besser nutzbar.
