Our, in August 2015 completed, newly built holiday home is located at ground level and barrier-free. The rooms are tiled and equipped with underfloor heating. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower. The generously sized rooms invite you to linger. All rooms have electric blinds so that bedrooms and living rooms can be kept dark and cool in summer. The fitted kitchen is comfortably equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven with ceramic hob, cooker hood, spacious fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, sufficient cutlery (incl. Children's cutlery) & crockery (children's crockery). The terrace is directly accessible from the kitchen / living area. You can start the day with a sunrise breakfast on the terrace. The house has garden, a parking space and bicycle parking.
Please bring your own bed linen and towels.

Sauberes,gut eingerichtet Haus Paterrre.Hatten keine Beanstandungen...

Würde wieder dorthin das Haus mieten,aber der Strand in Rerik ist mit Steinen,Schlamm und Quallen.Auf STEINE waren wir vorbereitet,aber der Rest war nicht akzeptabel. Wir waren nur 1x am Strand und würden den Ort nicht mehr als Urlaubsziel aussuchen.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus war wie beschrieben, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bad und die Schlafzimmer sind sehr geräumig. Der Wohnbereich ist etwas kleiner als erwartet für 6 Personen und es ist generell sehr hellhörig. Ansonsten hatten wir aber einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Danke

Ferien an der Ostsee

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Rerik bzw. Blengow. Einen halben Stern würde ich dafür abziehen, dass die gemeinschaftlich genutzten Räumlichkeiten sehr eng bemessen sind. Der Esstisch steht in einer sehr engen Nische, so dass die vorderen Personen immer aufstehen müssen wenn jemand raus möchte, der weiter hinten sitzt. Es gibt auch nur ein kleines 3-Sitzer-Sofa, das natürlich für 6 Personen nicht reicht, zwei zusätzliche Sessel die bei Bedarf verschoben werden können, wären schön gewesen. Die Küchenzeile ist so eng, dass sich nur eine Person dort bewegen kann. Wenn der Geschirrspüler geöffnet ist, kann der Mülleimer nicht mehr komplett geöffnet werden, die Schubladen zum Einräumen des Geschirrs ebenfalls nicht usw. Das Haus ist zudem sehr hellhörig, der Geschirrspüler kann nicht laufen wenn im angrenzenden Schlafzimmer jemand schlafen möchte. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt von mehreren Wochen wäre es uns zu eng gewesen, für einen kurzen Trip ist es aber in Ordnung und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit :)

Tolles Ferienhaus für einen Kurzurlaub

Das Objekt ist in einem guten Zustand und mit allen herkömmlichen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Lediglich die Kaffeemaschine ist gewöhnungsbedürftig in der Handhabung. Hier wäre es sinnvoll einen Hinweis zu hinterlassen, um künftigen Mietern das Kaffee kochen zu erleichtern (schaltet sich während des Kaffeevorgangs einfach ab). Die Fussbodenheizung ist gut.

Sehr angenehmes Domizil für einen ruhigen Ostsee-Urlaub

Die Wohnung (linkes Haus) ist hochwertig errichtet und gut möbliert. Im Garten hinter dem Haus lässt es sich auf der Terrasse angenehm entspannen (Abends ist Autan-Schutz nötig). Kein WLAN, aber Daten-Netz ist meistens verfügbar. Die Wohnlage ist sehr ruhig. Die Verwalterin ist sehr nett und hilft gerne. Der Weg nach Rerik (mit großem Edeka Supermarkt) ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu bewältigen. Wismar und Bad Doberan sind gut erreichbar. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil

Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie und Großeltern in dem neuen Ferienhaus. Wunderbare Lage an einem kleinen Teich (mit Fischen). Die Einrichtung ist für unseren 2 wöchigen Aufenthalt gut aufgestellt. Unsere beiden Autos konnten wir hintereinander auf dem Grundstück abstellen. Sehr günstig ist auch der Fahrradschuppen. Die Betreuung durch die Verwalterin (wohnt im Anbau) war ebenfalls zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die große Programmvielfalt auf dem Flachbildschirm ließ keine Langeweile aufkommen. Ein (sehr) kleiner Wehmutstropfen ist das fehlende Internet. Dafür liegen aber ausreichende Info-Materialien aus. Uns hat es jedenfalls gut gefallen und eine erneute Buchung ist sehr wahrscheinlich.
