The rooms were not completely cleaned. Hair was left in the tub from previous use. Previously-used towel was still hanging in the bathroom the bathtub drain was partially blocked faucets were rusty and old. Coffee in the room was very good.

Great weekend stay

King room with couch was really nice. A bit outdated furniture and carpet but overall good for the price. Nice flat screen tv with cable and good views. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful as well. pet friendly too which is a plus.

This is not a safe place. First trip to Reno. This hotel is for working of prostitution and homeless. I feel bad for the homeless. But they play in the casino to get a room or food there. On top of that the place is filthy. Drugs and needles were everywhere. The room was dirty and had an acrylic nail that I will assume belonged to one of the ladies working (not hotel staff). Please do not stay here. We moved to the Comfort Inn and it was a total difference between night and day.

The worst part was the continuous loitering by cigar, cigarette, and marijuana smokers in the parking area and at the hotel lobby entrance doors. There were what appeared to be vagrants hanging out all night and day. There was a desk to accommodate business travelers, but I had to move and unplug things to get electricity for the desk area.

Check in is 3pm, rooms were still being cleaned, but others had no problem getting a room, was told it was based on availability. We could have a pet room, I said no. We waited 35 minutes and a new agent finally helped us and gave us a upgrade. The upgraded room was less than par so I am curious what a standard room would look like. I wouldn't stay again, noise all night from freeway
