Rooms were new and clean. Had some issues with the coffee machine, but that was rectified. Beware of the snooze button on the clock radio - it is not a snooze button but an emergency call button (weird place to put that) It actually dialed 911. Security followed with a knock on the door - all at 4a in the morn! They apparently did not clear an earlier alarm setting that had the alarm going off that early. Other than that , we had a great stay while in Reno.

I enjoyed my stay up until the point where the people my neighbors laughed room from room 129 decided to leave their dogs in their room and they went out. Their dogs were barking from 1030 till about one in the morning. I did not the hotel was very nice. The rooms were very nice and the staff were very nice.

This is a great place to stay. I have no interest in the casinos or resorts. This is a clean hospital place for real people. The room is modern, clean, and well-appointed. The staff was great, and the breakfast at Two Chicks was wonderful. It's also located within walking distance to several restaurants, fast food, and sports bars. Whole Foods is just down the street. Ample parking and in a safe area.
