Melissa was wonderful arranging an early check-in for us. The condo is cozy and comfortable, we loved the pool. I wish it was closer to the beach, but we knew ahead of time that we would have to drive. I have to say that we never had any problem with parking (we downloaded the ParkMobile app) and were always able to find a spot within a few steps of the beach.

Simply perfect

Our group of four (two in their twenties and two in their fifties) thought this condo was perfect. The layout is great. The screened-in porch was delightfully shady in the afternoon. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The development overall is just lovely. The pool and tennis courts were a big bonus. Thank you! We'll be back, I'm sure!

Beautiful and well thought out rental.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the property. Besides being invitingly furnished, it was wonderfully bright. The only downside is the third floor location. Being eighty, the three flights of stairs presented a bigger daily challenge than anticipated.

Great Location

Loved this condo and would stay here again. It was exactly as described. Very clean. The location was perfect for accessing Rehoboth easily. The only recommendation I would have would be to switch out the Queen bed in the master for a King. The room is spacious enough for it. The community was nice and quiet, which was great considering how close to the action you are. Would definitely recommend.

perfect- clean, close to everything

Many amenities were provided to our surprise-soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, tissues, sponge. This place was spotless. Beds were comfortable- only thing was it seems the master bed is a full not a true queen- would be nice to have a king in there. Quiet community and very clean. Would stay again for sure!

Clean & Tidy

Our family of four had a fantastic long weekend stay. The home is exactly as pictured and is the cleanest, best-organized home that we’ve ever booked. Everything is labeled with clear & concise directions. The beach and outlets are very convenient and each of the three community pools was easy to access and not crowded in the least. We’d love to return soon!

The condo was nicely decorated and extremely clean and comfortable. Owner was very thoughtful with the provisions. Grocery store key tags were even provided (although we forgot to bring with us when we shopped). Very detailed with instructions. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect stay near Delaware beaches

The location is exactly as shown in the pictures. I would give it a 5/5 for cleanliness, nice amenities like coffee and laundry detergent, and overall comfort. My only regret is that we spent most of our time at the beach and not much time at all at the property. :) I would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation rental- close to beach

Stayed here with some girlfriends for a girls weekend, it was perfect! The condo was very clean, close to the beach and downtown. The owner was very responsive and answered any questions we had. Would definitely rent here again.

Perfect Family Getaway..

My husband and I traveled to Rehoboth Beach with our 4 year old twins. This property is super clean and spacious. About 10 minutes by car to the beach and lots restaurants to choose from. Melissa, the property contact was amazing and there to help whenever needed. Would love to visit again.

There is not a detail overlooked in this lovely home. The homeowner was easily accessible and provides all the comforts of home and more. Full size laundry, big, open living/dining/kitchen. Do not miss out on this booking this home. You won't be disappointed!

Large kitchen and living room

We went with this apartment so we could have flexibility to cook or go out to eat, we also wanted somewhere with some space. It was a good design with the two bedrooms up either end. It was right in the middle of all the beaches and wildlife areas we wanted plus restaurants were within 10 minutes drive.

A Slice of Heaven

My best friend and I wanted to get away for a long weekend to the beach. This condo was top notch! The pictures do not do it justice. Very classy, clean, and comfortable. It is close enough to the beach and shopping but tucked away enough where you don’t feel so bombarded by the hustle and bustle of the town. Owners are fantastic and very communicative. We had a fabulous time and hope to return again in the future!

Winter Getaway

My friend and I were looking for a short get away to escape to. The house is beautiful. Everything was in working order. Kitchen was well stocked. The Welcome/instruction book was easy to follow, so we had no need to contact anyone. The space was pleasant, which was nice because we spent a lot of time indoors. It was extremely nice not to have to bring bed linens and towels! The three flight walk up to the condo was clearly documentated in the advertisement, so we knew what to expect. The location is convenient to everything; beaches, shopping, restaurants. Just a few minute drive and you’re in the middle of everything.

Perfect Relaxing Ladies Weekend

Needed a long weekend getaway to relax and this hit the spot. This condo was so clean and bright we were HAPPY to stay in and cook meals in this beautiful kitchen which had everything we needed. Very close proximity to the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants but far enough away from the hustle bustle. Plenty of games and puzzles for a rainy day. We were so sad to leave.

Beautiful, clean condo in Rehoboth Beach

Great spot - good location to bike or walk to beach. Exactly as pictured. Spacious and very comfortable. Especially enjoyed the decks for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails after the beach. Very quiet development. Would definately recommend.
