Both phone numbers were out of service. Terrible customer service. Did not return money even under government state of emergency due to torrential rain and floods, warnings to stay home, and multiple deaths. I would not recommend this place.

O apartamento super limpo, bem conservado, num bloco tranquilo do condomínio. Alguns detalhes dr manutenção poderiam melhorar: a porta do box da suíte está emperrada para fechar, inclusive, vai acabar danificando a porta de madeira, pois está molhando e poderia ter um varal de chão para secar roupa.

O bangalô é excelente, muito bem conservado e com estrutura nova e de ótima qualidade. Um dos grandes destaques é a piscina privativa, que faz toda a diferença, especialmente para famílias com crianças. Para quem aprecia uma praia bonita, tranquila e com uma vista maravilhosa, o local é perfeito. O acesso direto à praia proporciona a sensação de estar em uma praia praticamente privativa, o que torna a experiência ainda mais especial. A localização é ideal para famílias, principalmente com crianças pequenas. O café da manhã é razoável, porém poderia ser servido em um espaço maior e com mais opções. Como sugestão construtiva, seria excelente contar com um restaurante mais bem estruturado, talvez próximo ao deck, à beira-mar — o que tornaria a experiência ainda mais completa. Ainda assim, a equipe que atende no restaurante é muito atenciosa e prestativa, compensando a estrutura mais simples. A equipe da recepção também nos atendeu muito bem, sempre com cordialidade e disposição para ajudar. Há boas opções de restaurantes e quiosques bem próximos, tanto na praia para um bom almoço quanto nas redondezas para jantar. Além disso, existem mercados próximos, o que facilita o uso da cozinha do bangalô. O centrinho de Porto de Galinhas também é uma ótima opção, especialmente a noite, para passear e comer, com acesso rápido de carro. Enfim, foi uma experiência maravilhosa. Com certeza voltaremos! 🙌

Fiquei muito impressionada com a qualidade das acomodações do Nui, a equipe qua la trabalha e muito simpática, prestativa, tudo muito limpo e organizado. O único ponto para se melhorar é a internet no bangalô 30. O qual fiquei. A internet é muito fraca, especialmente no primeiro andar do bangalô.

O local é maravilhoso, na praia, ótimas piscinas. Mas os serviços são muito abaixo do esperado pro preço cobrado. O café da manhã é caótico, num espaço quente e apertado. A equipe do restaurante tenta dar seu melhor mas são poucos funcionários. O atendimento de comodidades ao longo do dia é deficiente. O restaurante não faz entregas, você tem que ir buscar. Os serviços de limpeza terminam às 16h. Após isso, acabou papel higiênico, só no dia seguinte às 8h. Muito ruim essa parte.

No geral eu e minha família gostamos da hospedagem. Por tratar-se de uma localidade "premium", a distância para o centrinho é plenamente aceitável mas os serviços de táxi e uber deram conta do recado diversas vezes, sem quaisquer problemas. O apartamento em que nos hospedamos é bastante completo em termos de utensílios, eletrodomésticos e as camas são confortáveis. Os aparelhos de ar-condicionado também funcionaram como o esperado. Os pontos negativos ficaram por conta do café da manhã, que é muuuuito limitado e repetitivo (não houve variações em nenhum dos 4 dias em que estivemos...) e a comunicação com o setor de reservas (quando já estávamos hospedados e precisando verificar um check-out tardio, que só foi obtido após intermédio da recepção principal, após aguardarmos mais de um dia sem retorno no Whatsapp informado para este fim). Os funcionários em geral sempre solícitos. Por fim, talvez eu não voltaria devido ao café da manhã mesmo e por perceber que na região há outras opções de hospedagens com uma estrutura maior e custos na média deste em questão. Forte abraço!

Só tenho elogios a acomodação. O hotel fica na beira do mar, com uma vista espetacular. Todos os espaços são muito bem cuidado e preservados. O atendimento dos funcionários foi muito bom e o bangalô é muito confortável com todos os itens que precisávamos para uma estadia perfeita. A única coisa que não gostei foi do almoço do restaurante, pois o peixe não estava saboroso. Mas mesmo assim eu voltaria para o hotel, mas almoçaria em outro lugar.

Sem vontade de ir embora!

Estive no Nui Supreme por 5 dias e, mais uma vez, foi uma experiência simplesmente maravilhosa! Já conhecia o lugar e continuo completamente apaixonada. A estrutura é impecável: os apartamentos são confortáveis, bem equipados e com uma vista de tirar o fôlego. As piscinas são um verdadeiro convite ao descanso, e a área comum é super bem cuidada, limpa e organizada. A localização é perfeita — de frente para o mar, com aquele visual paradisíaco que só Porto de Galinhas oferece. O ambiente é tranquilo, familiar, ideal tanto pra quem quer relaxar quanto pra quem quer curtir com amigos ou em casal. É um lugar onde me sinto em paz, renovada, como se o tempo desacelerasse. Sem dúvida, é um dos meus lugares preferidos para fugir da rotina e recarregar as energias. Super recomendo e já estou contando os dias para voltar!

Lugar muito bom. Porém se faz necessário mudanças em alguns eletrodomésticos que já estão precisando serem trocados. Talheres e panelas precisam de reposição. Geladeira não gela como esperado.

O empreendimento é maravilhoso e bem familiar, com uma praia espetacular, sem onda, ótima para quem quer tranquilidade, inclusive com disponibilidade de cadeira e guarda-sol. O apartamento poderia ter um pouco mais de comodidades / facilidades, ainda mais pra quem vem de fora, tem cozinha mas não tinha nada pra esquentar água pra fazer um café, não tinha forma de gelo, liquidificador e poderiam disponibilizar um cooler para levar alguma coisa pra praia, tb não disponibilizam toalha pra piscina.
