There is no opposite, everything is well fenced.
The price includes:
- cleaning twice a week
- pool and garden maintenance
- water and drinking water
The following are excluded from the price:
- electricity consumption (6 thb per unit)
Conditions:
* Respect for house staff and neighbors
* No smoking inside the villa (Only outside or on the terrace)
* Guarantee deposit of 300 euros on arrival (returned on the last day)
* Arrival time: from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
* Departure time: 08:00 to 11:00
For a late arrival (after 6:00 p.m.) or an early departure (before 8:00 a.m.):
** additional fee of 1,000 baht to be paid to the person in charge of reception

Personnel d accueil incompetent et malhonnete.. A fuir.
Bonjour. La maison est correcte quoique un poil vieillissante.
Menage laisse à désirer : canapés poussiéreux, avec plein de surprises sous les coussins.
Mr Gregory sous traite sa prestation à une Thaï nommée Yenn. Personne incompetente, irrespectueuse et voleuse.
A l arrivée une jeune fille nous attend pour signature des papiers, s empresse de nous demander son argent et s en va sans nous donner d explications (elle ne parle pas anglais). Galere pour trouver le coffre et l utilisation de la lumière.
A la sortie arnaque au compteur. Nous avons fait attention tout le séjour sur recommandation de Mr Gregory. Pas de climatisation, utilisation minimale de la lumière. Il etait entendu que nous devions l electricité et d aprés Mr Grégory le montant devait être vompris entre 200 à 300 bht. Et pourtant Mme Yenn par l intermediaire de sa jeune employée nous reclame 1008 bath pour 1 semaine soit plus que ma consommation mensuel en France. Elle confond les unités et les décimales me taxant sur une consommation de 168 unités alors que j ai consommé 16,8 unités. Malgré mes arguments, elle me raccroche au nez. C est paye et ferme là.
Bref fin de mon 6ème séjour avec un mauvais goût de mettre fait avoir.
Trop d intermédiaire.
Je ne recommande pas cet endroit tant qu il est géré par des voleurs incompétents.
A l attention de Mr Grégory : entourez vous de gens à la hauteur des attentes du client.
