Clean, spacious room. Comfy bed and pillows. Had issues with the shower head which didn't work and maintenance was prompt and attentive. We were immediately moved to another room which was just as nice with a working shower! Miss Kelli was the best at Front Desk. She gave us good recommendations on where to eat and was sure to get us the shuttle there and back. Breakfast was delicious, especially those potatoes - Thanks, Miss Tina! We will definitely stay again!

Such a great stay! Everything was clean everywhere. Bed and pillows were comfy and pool/hot tub were well maintained. I loved the seat in the accessible shower. Breakfast was fantastic. Everyone in our group was happy.

The hotel is nice. The people are wonderful. I was just a little disappointed because the reason why I read a room was because they had an indoor hot tub and the indoor hot tub stopped working other than that. It was great.

We had no heat in our room the first night and it wasn't taken care of or passed on to oncoming staff the next day resulting in a room change. No housekeeping services for 3 days! The hot tub was "milky". Looks nice but the staff says the right things but did not follow through.
