The water in shower, doesn't have alot of power. Tub was plugged! Room was clean. Young lady in check in was ver nice. I think if they update the bathroom, it would be so much nicer. Its ok for one night.

It took over an hour for the airport shuttle to pick me up from the airport that’s five minutes away. I think they forgot about me, because when we got back he went right back to watching tv in the lounge.

Loved that the shuttle was on time to/from the airport. Driver super nice. Good location for food choices. Hated that the lobby and hallways were full of weed smells. Didn't feel safe outside at nights as lots of people in parking lots smoking and/or partying at cars.

Not friendly staff, morning staff there is lady at the front desk who seems hesitant to answer questions and not welcoming nature. Worst part is washroom amenities- absolutely no water in middle of shower, absolutely no water from shower handle, too much prolonged sound from the flush. Didn’t understand how to even handle the situation in middle of shower.

The entire hotel needs a facelift. Rooms are old furniture, bathrooms don’t look clean We had to change room because due to a heavy cigarette smell. The only good thing is that is about 10 minutes from the airport

Overall, the room was a good value relative to others in the area. One area of opportunity facility-wise was the air conditioner, which had a "leak-pan" beneath (during my last night their was a "water-drip" noise that impacted my ability to sleep). I was offered a towel from the front desk to mitigate the issue.
