Nice cozy little place. Great location! Nice little breakfast The owner was very accommodating when we had to leave early unexpectedly. We've gone to Radium many times, stayed at a number of different places. Will definitely stay at the Inn on the Canyon for the forseeable future.

Unfriendly staff. They dont explain how the breakfast works. Everyone is confused. It would be nice and more convenient if prepared ahead rather than ordering it as it takes times. No one at the reception area. You have to knock on employee door to give your order. Bathroom exhaust fan needs cleaning. Very dirty and loud. Carpet in the premises needs to changed. Very dirty.

Bed was very comfortable, the room was nice and quiet. Good price. State of the Inn seemed a bit run down. Breakfast was good but the coffee was very strong and undrinkable. Only cable in the room so we were unable to watch any streaming apps.

It is a nice historical building and very kind staff. The room had enough towels and pillows for the number of occupants. Room carpet was dirty/stained I would recommend them to post instructions for the breakfast in the room or when checking in.

The room was adaquate, bed was very comfortable. The Inn is a bit tired, stains on carpet in hallway, carpets dirty and not cleaned when soiled (3days). Maintanence could be better. Breakfast was ok, some days it was cold. Very slow, lack of cups and glasses, long wait to replenish. Staff was friendly. This could be a wonderful place. Needs a bit of upkeep.

one server... aide didn't show up. They could spend a dime or so on heating. Our server at breakfast was in a fleece jacket.. we didn't have one with us.

Don’t know where the good reviews come from. We arrived nobody at check in. There is one lady available at 4 and she is the only one for that entire building for everything. She was really nice and willing to help. Got a king room which looked really nice online. Not clean, furniture that needs to go to the dump. Bed sheets with stains all over. Complaint and the receptionist changed the entire bedding after calling her boss if she is allowed to do it. Breakfast included is not eatable and the coffee tasted like three days old and warmed up. Stayed there two nights and went for breakfast somewhere else the second day. The property has a lot of potential but is totally neglected by the current owner it seems. The breakfast room again has good potential but is cold and unwelcoming. Carpets are dirty and stained and need to be replaced. Worst stay in any hotel for us in the past 20 years. Will never stay there again.
