Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir haben uns sehr auf das Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung gefreut! Leider wurden wir bitterlich enttäuscht. Vorweg sei gesagt, dass die Kommunikation vorab ohne Probleme mit dem Inhaber verlief. Der Schlüssel für die Tür war vor Ort und wir konnten direkt in die Immobilie.
Im Online Inserat wurde hinsichtlich der Ausstattung angegeben, dass es einen Grill gibt. Dieser war leider nicht direkt vor Ort und erst nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Inhaber haben wir die Info erhalten, dass wir uns doch hätten melden müssen wenn wir einen Grill haben wollen. Diesen mussten wir uns dann selber von vorne holen. Wir haben keine Info erhalten, dass wir uns vorher hätten melden müssen. Das gleiche gilt für die Küche. Die Induktionsherdplatten konnten wir nur mit Töpfen nutzen da die Pfannen nicht für die Induktionsplatten vorgesehen sind. Dies waren nur die Kleinigkeiten, welche trotzdem negativ aufgefallen sind. Die Ein Stern Bewertung kommt letzendlich durch den Pool zustande. Wir haben die Ferienwohnung nur ausgewählt, weil das Haus einen Pool hat. Wir konnten den Pool das ganze Wochenende nicht benutzen weil das Wasser gekippt und vollständig grün war. Es kam zwar jemand vorbei der eine Probe nahm und sagte, dass wir morgen baden können. Diesen Mensch haben wir nie wieder gesehen. Wir bitten nun, um ein klares entgegenkommen von Ihnen, da wir die Ferienwohnung mit dem wissen nicht gebucht hätten!

Tolle große Unterkunft mit Pool
Wir waren 1 Wochenende in der Unterkunft und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Pool ist toll, die Kinder hatten genug Platz um zu spielen und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
