The hotel didnt care about a reservation and gave our room to someone else. He had to look for another hotel. The guy from the reception said that he didnt had the reservation but he clearly gave the room to someone else, right when we were arriving.

Todo parece estar bien, el personal es amable, las instalaciones muy bonitas aunque un poco viejitas, la alberca no tiene calfeacción.
