This hotel promotes itself as 5-star but our stay was far from it. It’s sad as the location, proximity to town, views, and physical hotel itself are great. However we experienced several issues and inconsistencies with housekeeping - no toilet paper, no fresh towels, floors not wiped over in bathroom, no replacement of drinking water - and had housekeeping staff arguing with us about their “rules”. Bar is great but they need more staff - service exceptionally slow.

A 5 star hotel with actual 5 star service. Great to finally stay somewhere , where the service meets the reputation. Wonderful stay, cannot recommend highly enough. The hill up to the hotel probably isn't the best if you are lacking mobility but was fine for us and equalled awesome views from the room

Stunning Views and Excellent Service

Hotel St Moritz in Queenstown had beautiful views from our room — a real highlight each morning. The staff were incredibly helpful and made everything easy, from check-in to local tips. It’s a stylish, comfortable place that feels both relaxed and well run and made our honeymoon special. Excellent breakfast with a view too.

Lovely hotel

Really lovely room, we had a suite and it was really well laid out, lots of nice touches. Breakfast was nice too and stunning views of the lake. My only wish was that they light the fire in reception and/or the dining room as it would have been cosy and it was very cold!
