Very nice hotel, comfortable, modern, clean, quiet, and close to shops and restaurants. Exterior heated pool in a winter setting a very nice bonus. Interior parking very handy and safe. Staff was very polite and eager to help. Had dinner at the Bistro restaurant, excellent food, and service. Our stay was for three nights for Christmas shopping and visiting the sights of this beautiful city. Absolutely no regrets! Highly recommend this hotel.

I know - we are in Quebec and it is French speaking. But when the guest has trouble understanding the person behind the desk, shouldn't that person try to accommodate? I'm sure they have many tourists whose French is worse than mine.

Feel safe. Television did work properly. They rebooted the television at night waking us up to a glaring white light check out. Check-in was very slow. The manager told us she would unplug the television set but never get it. I am a bonvoy member but they had no record of it.
