This hotel was a huge disappointment. The description is misleading—especially the claim about soundproofed rooms. We barely slept due to constant noise: neighbors talking, furniture dragging upstairs, loud trucks braking on the nearby highway, and snow removal that lasted all night. The heating unit was another issue—extremely loud with no proper control, turning on and off with a bang. The "recent renovation" is questionable: dirty floors, stained toilet, and peeling paint. The bathroom was poorly designed, with only one toothbrush cup, one towel hook, and unlabeled soap dispensers. The sink filled halfway in seconds and wouldn’t drain unless you manually lifted the stopper multiple times. Otherwise, dirty water and soap scum remained. The room layout was also inconvenient. Coat hangers were in the farthest corner of the bedroom, forcing you to walk across the room in outdoor clothing. There was only one luggage rack, leaving the second guest with no space for their suitcase. The seating arrangement made it clear that the room was designed for a single guest, despite being advertised for two. Outside, the entrance was covered in icy snow for days, making it hazardous to walk. Reception service was unreliable—we barely saw any staff. Do not trust the high rating—our experience was nothing like what’s advertise A longer version of my review along with pictures and video is available for those who want to know the truth.
