The service at the hotel was absolutely disgusting; several items in the room were broken. The toilet constantly leaked; the shower curtain was torn; and when I removed the pillows, I discovered a piece of the upholstery had been torn from the bed. Best Western hotels are usually older, but they keep things clean; this one was an unpleasant surprise.
