Fire alarm woke us up around 7:40AM we got up and went outside with no direction from hotel staff on what to do or if it was safe to return inside. Situation not handled well. Our second stay the A/C unit in room was extremely loud, it woke me up every time it turned on, all night long resulting in a terrible sleep.

It was a medium hotel. Don't have many expectations for breakfast. For example, the scrambled eggs didn't have any taste, and the sausages were raw. The staff provides an excellent service.

Truly a disaster, in one word. There was no room cleaning service and no proper bathroom service. The ventilation system was broken and made a horrible noise, which prevented us from sleeping. The TV did not turn on at all. There were no slippers provided.
