Gorgeous 2 story penthouse condo w/ sweeping ocean views. A spacious 3500 sq. ft. of living & features 3 bedrooms on the lower level, all ensuite. (There is a 4th sleeping area upstairs). There is also a lower level family room w/ TV. Upstairs, you will enjoy an open layout with large kitchen, stocked with all your needs, a beautiful custom dining table & a comfortable living room w/ TV. The upper deck features beautiful views of the ocean and a 6 person table for outdoor dining.

Master Suite = 1 King bed w/ ensuite bath and walk-in shower.
Jr. Suite = 1 King bed w/ ensuite bath and walk-in shower.
3rd Bedroom = 1 Full bed w/ ensuite bath and walk-in shower.
4th Sleeping Area = (Upstairs off the kitchen) Trundle w/ 2 adult size beds

La Mision de Mita offers beautifully maintained grounds and a refreshing pool and spa area w/ loungers, bbq(s), a small kitchen and outdoor shower.

Headed out for a beach day? You won`t need to go far, it is just across the street. We have stocked an ice chest, beach chairs, beach towels and a beach wagon to make transport easy.

Everything is within walking distance!! Including a fabulous market, a large variety of restaurants, shopping and several beaches. But if you go have a car, we recommend a day trip to Sayulita or the Pollo Club in San Pancho.

There is also a world class hospital within 1 mile of the condo.
Quiet Hours are 10pm - 8 am.

Children must be accompanied in all common areas, including the pool, spa and rooftop terrace.

It is required to shower/rinse off before entering the pool and when coming back from the beach.

Surfboards are not allowed in the elevators or the Penthouse 402A unit. There is free and secure storage at the front entrance by the office. Please inquire with Rita our property manager.

The accommodations were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is very close to a public beach and to several quality restaurants. The town of Punta de Mita was calm and we felt safe there. I would return to this location for the enjoyment and relaxation that we received. Easily one of the top holidays our family has experienced.The vacation guide provide by the host was extremely useful and really helped us to make the most our vacation.I highly recommend this accommodation.
