TLDR: This was our 4th visit to Punta Mita and this was the best place we have rented. New, beautiful unit, two carts, private gym for this condo group. Some things that stood out:- Unit is beautiful and well appointed. Some of the older units we have stayed at have had some wear and tear (e.g., some of the AC units not working properly, wood doors warped so air escaping and bugs getting in). - Two carts (I think we only used both two times but having the flexibility is huge. I had some works calls I needed to do and this way the family wasn’t waiting around for me. More fun for them and less stress on me) - Gym: The main gym situation at Punta Mita stinks. Can’t use until mid morning, is small and have to pay a high daily charge. There is a community gym as part of this unit which is great - large, lots of cardio equipment and weights - has everything you need. - Having night lights already there is helpful for the kids. - Having the jug of water with the pump - last year I was lifting the thing to try to pour into water cups. - Little things that are often overlooked: plenty of hangers, drying rack for the clothes, extra beach bag. Would 100% recommend.
