The house could best be described as a 1970’s museum. Apparently the pictures were taken some time ago. I had several phone conversations with the owner prior to finalizing our reservation. One thing that was very important to us is that there is an outside grill. When got there and found out there wasn’t one. When I txted the owner he responded that there was one there at some time in the past. I ended up buying a grill and left it at the property. There were four pool chairs. Three were cheap plastic ones and one decent one. I ask if there were any cushions for the chairs and was told no and to use a towel.The outdoor furniture in the pavilion had no cushions and were hard resin and impossible to sit on without them.The AC unit in one of the bedrooms was inoperable.The kitchen needs a complete renovation. At the least the drawers should be repaired. All the dish ware and utensils need to be replaced. The coffee / express machine is ancient and broken. The refrigerator is rusted and leaks.The beach club and only access to the beach seems to be a very popular wedding venue. Every day we were there, save for one, we had to leave at 2:00 PM. Since the surrounding beaches were all private we had no other access to the beach. This is a major consideration for anyone that rents this property. We had the property rented for sixteen days. We rescheduled our flights and left after eight days.
