Very attentive staff, amazing room (we had the basic junior suite - I loved the jacuzzi and the bed on our patio was an amazing chill out spot), there are no lunch and dinner buffet so everything is a la carte in various restaurants! The food was uneven from one restaurant to the next but once you figure out your preferences its amazing. Be ready for a lot of red meat! Always found beach chairs and unlimited towels.. when none was available, a worker would move one for you from the pool and set you up! We were not Excellence club and I didn’t feel we missed out on anything. Great overall

The food quality at various establishments was disappointing throughout our stay • We ordered room service on multiple occasions, and it never arrived • While the wait staff were excellent, we found the bartenders to be unfriendly • Our hot tub only had hot water (no cold) for the first three days of our stay, and when it was finally fixed, sand was coming out of the jets • The ocean water nearby was too rough for kayaking and wasn’t the clear, blue water we were hoping for • There were limited excursion options in the immediate area

The suite featured a private pool on the deck - my reason for booking- and it was absolutely incredible. The room itself was beautiful, and the staff excellent. A few improvements that could enhance the overall experience would be upgrading the quality of the room service menu and adding more signage around the property to help guests navigate.

The resort is good. The staff is amazing especially Dariel who does all the entertainment and the poolside bartender Rocsil (not sure if that was the correct spelling) was attentive and phenomenal.

My biggest complaint is having to use your phone for all the restaurant menus. When I am on vacation I want to digitally disconnect. Forcing me to carry a phone never allowed me to accomplish that... No reason they cannot print paper menus

My adult sons are bi-racial with dreds and their coloring and genetics seem to be mistaken for locals. They were treated rudely by the staff by being acosted and asked their room number and name several times during our stay as though they were not paying customers. In fact at Oregano my oldest was asked 3 times at 1 meal by himself by three different people. Rooms are dated and in need of a refresh. Food was mid, most warm items were cold on the buffet. Restaurant food was just okay not flavorful or mmm mmm good. Room service did not deliver to my son's room when ordered Drinks were watered down everywhere it seemed other than the Martini Bar. It is not possible to drink all day/night long and not feel any effects of the alcohol. Service was slow in general across the board. We would like to commend Cesarina for her wonderful beach side service. She was attentive and cheerful, always greeting us warmly. Your ""0" phone operators were also very pleasant and on top of their customer service.

The property was excellent and well maintained, with a beautiful beach and great weather throughout our stay. The room did need some upkeep, but it was manageable. The real downside was the food. Most dishes were completely lacking in flavor, while others were overly salty, and not a single meal was good enough to consider having again. It was such a shame that a beautiful property was ruined by extremely bad food.
