Amazing Christmas night!!! Los Corales beach is only a short stroll away, and the Caribbean Sea was warm and inviting throughout my stay. I appreciated the variety of restaurants nearby because I could try different cuisines every night. staff were helpful and always greeted me with a smile. The entire property had a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. I would love to stay here again.

My experience at this hotel was fantastic from the moment I arrived. My junior suite I stayed in was modern, well-equipped, and had a lovely view of the garden. I adored the tropical landscaping throughout the property because it created such a calm and refreshing atmosphere. Swimming pool was amazing, especially in the afternoon sun. Los Corales beach is only a short walk away, and the Caribbean Sea was beautiful every single day. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. This hotel was spotless and very well-maintained. I felt safe, relaxed, and comfortable during my entire stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful Caribbean vacation.

We got dropped off at the address given on Hotels.com for this hotel. We searched for 30 minutes for an office. Wouldn’t answer their phone. A local took pity on us and said, “They have an office here, there, and there. Hold on.” He took off on his motorcycle and came back saying he definitely found the office and where to check in. It was at the end of the road, down an alley. He then took my number so we could WhatsApp about his business offerings and only then did I see that the business had sent me check in information via WhatsApp. I don’t use WhatsApp and nowhere in the hotels.com description does it mention it. During check in, he asked for a cash $40 deposit. After paying him, he informed me it was to pay for electricity use. We took meter photos… They feed stray cats there. After petting them, my kids went in to wash their hands and my 14 yo daughter screamed out that the water just shocked her. I thought she was exaggerating and convinced her to finish rinsing them when she jolted again. Her fingers burned for several minutes. There’s one water heater in the entire unit and it was an instant water heater for that sink that was wired improperly or failing. Even if that water heater worked, that would still mean every other sink and shower has no hot water. Mosquitos, fruit flies, and a cockroach in the unit on arrival. Portable gas tank for stove leaks, so gas odor. Pictures were not of this unit or the pool. Charged $0.50/kwh for electricity use, so we lost $20.

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, which made me feel at home right away. The location was ideal. close enough to the beach to walk but quiet enough to relax in total peace. I spent my days between the pool, the beach, and the nearby restaurants. Everything about this hotel felt carefully thought out and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere is perfect for couples or solo travelers. I’ll definitely be recommending it to everyone I know.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the garden pool. it was so peaceful, surrounded by palm trees and vibrant flowers. I loved taking a swim early in the morning before heading out to explore. Our staff were warm and helpful, always smiling and checking in to see if everything was fine.

I’m really not happy with my stay here. -It took forever to find the office. I looked for 1 1/2 hours the night before and another 1/2 hour in the morning. They should provide an exact office location on the booking. -My check in was for 3:00 and I didn’t manage to get into my room until 3:30 -then the tv didn’t work and wasted another 45 minutes. -there was only one thin sheet on the beds. Not enough bedding. The beds should have comforters. People like to sleep with cool rooms but like to keep warm when sleeping. I was very cold sleeping. -no hot water since arriving so had to have cold showers. -water and power went off in the morning, no internet, tv or a/c. Very disappointing

I stayed here alone for a night, and it was the perfect choice. villa was spacious, bright, and had everything I needed. I loved the kitchen, it was modern and made cooking simple. garden pool was magical, surrounded by flowers and palm trees. I spent hours just relaxing there, enjoying the sunshine and peace.

This aparthotel was the highlight of our vacation. Our villa was gorgeous : large, clean, and very well equipped. kitchen made it easy to prepare our own meals, and we enjoyed eating outside on the terrace. garden pool was peaceful and surrounded by palm trees : pure perfection. I came to this hotel for a quiet getaway and found paradise. My apartment was clean, cozy, and had a great kitchen where I could make my own meals. The garden pool was stunning, the water was crystal clear, and the area was filled with flowers and palm trees. It was the perfect place to unwind with a book. The beach was so close that I went there every morning for a swim. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. I stayed in one of the apartments as a solo traveler and couldn’t have been happier. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a kitchen that had everything I needed. The garden pool was like an oasis, quiet, surrounded by flowers, and always sparkling clean. I spent my afternoons there reading and soaking up the sun. The beach was only a few minutes away, and it was so nice to be able to walk there. The staff made me feel at home and always checked in to see if I was comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful. The restaurants nearby offered amazing seafood and local dishes. This hotel is perfect for people who love comfort and nature. I already want to come back next season.

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay in the villa. It was spacious, modern, and had a full kitchen, which was perfect for making coffee and breakfast every morning. garden pool was stunning, water was always warm and the atmosphere so peaceful. We often had the pool area all to ourselves, which made it even more romantic. beach was just a few minutes away, and we went for long walks every evening. staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the restaurants nearby, lots of great choices for dinner. Everything felt relaxed and intimate. It’s rare to find such a quiet place so close to everything.
