Great bargain for WSU visit!

Good place to stay on our way to check out Washington State university with the family. Price was great, place was within walking distance to many restaurants, probably a little too far to walk to the college.

What a gem

Hidden away from the main road sits this gem. It’s older but cozy. The room is clean and comfortable. I think a lovely touch was two free bottles of water and a snack. The bed was super comfortable with cozy bedding, the shower was hot with great pressure. Check in process was easy and management was very kind and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.

Gets job done but keep expectations low

Can’t beat location. Walk 15 sec to Main Street Pullman. The hotel gets the job done at a good price. Staff are friendly. Everything about the room is old but it’s clean and quiet. Heater is floor radiator and takes over an hour to warm the room when you arrive. Outlet covers missing. Water not very hot. Lots of sloppy caulk throughout the bathroom. Carpet looks like 1970s. WiFi connection “weak” so internet spins occasionally. Hard to find outlets. Last time cold water in sink didn’t work. But I went back due to location and price. And I know it’s a mom and pop and like giving them business.

Older property, but it's very clean and has the basic amenities. Rooms are comfortable, check-in staff are very friendly. The location is great, less than a block from downtown and a myriad of dining and shopping options. It's not the Ritz Carlton, but it's clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced.
