Beautiful condo in a perfect location

Overall a very good stay. Some problems with the washer/dryer that the property manager and maintenance staff could not resolve for a full day. The property manager and management company are very slow to respond

Great location walkable to everything

The condo was in a fantastic walkable location close to the beach and the best of PV. The rooftop pool had a sweeping view. It was a little chilly on wendy days. The only drawbacks were the furnishings were a bit tattered and could stand a refresh. Condo could have been a bit cleaner upon checkin. Check in process was easy.

Great place

We had a great stay. Jesus was a marvelous host who went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed ourselves, even offering to drop a phone charger off at the apartment when I forgot mine. As seen in the photos, the actual “living room” space is a little small, but the balcony and especially the beautiful roof deck more than made up for it.

Great Location

This condo was right in the heart of all of the action! It did get a little loud on weekend nights from the street noise but other than that, we had a comfortable, relaxing stay. The roof top pool was amazing!

Excellent short stay

Wonderful property, best pool in PV with views and rooftop bar. I appreciated that they stayed open late. Great service. Only improvement to note would be the gym - very basic and not open early enough. But there was a gym to use a couple blocks away for just $6 per session. Look forward to staying again here next time!

Peaceful Mexican Get Away

The property has a beautiful view for the ocean and the pool is incredible. We had such a wonderful stay and could walk to any number of incredible restaurants. Jesús was very helpful and responsive, especially with our lacking Spanish skills. We will definitely come back.

Great property, great location.

The building appears to be brand new, and the unit was perfect for our needs. The location was perfect for us -- in the middle of everything and we walked everywhere. It is smaller than it appears in the photos, in large part because the sliding walls that comprise the bedroom doors are open in the photos. But for 4 people, it was fine. I gave 3 stars for cleanliness, because the unit was not thoroughly clean when we arrived. But the following morning, that was rectified.

Best of the Romantic Zone/Pier 57

The unit was just perfect for the four of us. It had everything we needed and was in close proximity to shops, restaurants and the beach. The booking, arrival and departure were all incredibly easy and stress free. The rooftop bar & pool were a huge hit with my son and his girlfriend! Thank you again to everyone who made our stay here, a memorable one. We will be back again!

Great Place to Stay

Condo was clean and nice with comfortable beds and a pleasant layout. Great views and amenities with the building. The rooftop pool was lovely. Great views from the gym, but limited gym equipment. The nicely furnished balcony was a great place for morning coffee and an evening glass of wine. We found the place to be mostly quiet, and were not disturbed by the limited city noise that we could hear. The property manager was excellent - responding quickly via What'sApp and email. Great communication made the stay that much better. They also arranged our airport transfers for us, which was very helpful.

I absolutely loved this property, it’s a perfect design for two friends that want to spend time together but also separate, haha. The open space makes the place feel big and spacious. The bathrooms are beautiful and the air conditioner worked better than hoped on those hot days. The rooftop is incredible with the best views in the area. I’d definitely rebook this location for my next visit!

Great place

We were there mid Feb 2023. The place is just like it appears in the picture. We were 2 couples and were worried that it would be small for us with the modular walls. It worked out fine as we were never really there except to sleep and shower. The rooftop's is one of the best in PV. Not a lot of chairs up there so if you want to spend the day there, get there early. The staff in the building were very friendly and we had no issues. You will get bar noise even in this unit on a Friday and Saturday night and of course street noise in the morning. It wasn't bad, but It's to be expected in this part of town, so if you're sensitive to that bring ear plugs.
