Mini fridge was not working from the time of check in until the last night. Issues was repeatedly brought up to staff from the time of check in. Maintenance was sent 2x and problem not resolved the night before check out. Hot tub on the private deck ( the primary reason for booking here) inexplicably selfed drained on night one , had mamaitence up and he filled it but couldn't use it due to cold water. The next night same issue , so we couldn't use the tub two out of a three day stay. I did talk to manager the day before we left and he did offer a credit if we came back or a small stay. I said that I wanted to talk to his manger who was said to be off property. The manager on property said he would have that person reach out at 10 the next morning. Never heard any thing! At check out talked to the manger on duty who said she couldn't due anything due to booking thru expedia and would have GM manger reach out. I'm still waiting on that!
Butler was nice and helpful until we had issues and needed to speak with management. Then she disappeared until we happened to run into into her.
Important to note* the staff was very good except for management and the 'butler service'. This is a place I would not recommend to anyone.
