Nuestra propiedad es un condominio frente al mar con su propia playa privada en la famosa Playa Los Muertos de Puerto Vallarta. Nuestro espacioso condominio de 1,200 pies cuadrados tiene dos dormitorios, dos camas king y dos baños completos (ducha sin bañera). La cocina tiene microondas, tostadora, licuadora y cafetera. Muy bien amueblado, incluyendo televisión por cable en la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal, lavadora y secadora, aire acondicionado (actualizado con mini-splits a partir del 12 de julio de 2017) y ventiladores de techo en todas partes. La piscina se encuentra a pocos pasos del patio cubierto de esta primera planta. Blue Presides Beach Resort, Mantamar Beach Club y Sapphire Ocean Club están muy cerca. Muchos restaurantes y tiendas están a poca distancia a pie. Entrada cerrada con recepción 24/7.

La vista desde Playa Bonita se encuentra sobre la Bahía de Banderas. Con 27 millas de ancho, es la segunda bahía más ancha del mundo. Las aguas tranquilas y transparentes proporcionan el telón de fondo perfecto para impresionantes puestas de sol que puedes ver desde nuestro patio. De diciembre a marzo, la bahía es el hogar de la espectacular ballena jorobada. Asegúrese de programar un recorrido de observación de ballenas en la bahía.
Entre junio y diciembre, las tortugas Olive Ridley ponen sus huevos en la playa. Es posible que tenga la suerte de presenciar el nacimiento de tortugas recién nacidas y su camino hacia el mar.
Playa Los Muertos es una amplia playa de arena excelente para nadar. Los vendedores locales deambulan por la playa vendiendo sus artesanías y comida local. Si no quiere los productos que ofrecen, simplemente diga "Gracias, no".
El muelle de Los Muertos es un lugar de pesca favorito para los lugareños. Puede organizar su propia expedición de pesca desde allí, o tomar un taxi acuático a uno de los pueblos de South Shore accesibles solo en barco.

Terriffic place

Stayed for 14 days with another couple,all in our late sixties visiting from Toronto, Ontario.Marshalls place is wonderful and so is he,any questions we asked were answered within minutes before and during our trip. The condo was very clean,beds very comfortable, nice furniture.Loved being able to open sliding doors to the patio and the pool a couple of steps away.The beach is just across the street and was never too busy,lots of chairs and umbrellas, Blue Chairs bar/restaurant right there for food and drinks when you wanted,they will bring it right to you.Lots of people selling items but when you say no gracias they don't bother you. We took a few ubers to diferent tours but puerto vallarta from the condo is very walkable,either along the Malacon or up the hill to main streets, tons of restaurants and bars and markets throughout, would definitely go again. Thank you again Marshall for letting us stay at your lovely condo. The Madills and the McGregors.

The description states that you get a beautiful view of the sunset from your patio, that would be true if you weren’t looking through a large amount of electrical lines.There is a bar beneath the pool area that blasts techno music from about 4:00 pm to at least 1:00 am.The location is great to go across the street to the beach and there is a roped off area to sit. I wouldn’t consider it “beachfront” since you have to cross the street and walk past a bar to get there…Bathrooms are nice! Kitchen is adequate. Couch and mattress is uncomfortable.

Spacious Setting and Great Location

The unit was very spacious for the four of us. The floor plan allowed each couple to have a bathroom. Being on the first floor was just a few steps from the pool. Having a washer and dryer was so convenient. We were located by outstanding restaurants and the beach.

Nice place! Clean and well kept. Nice Pool!! A little too close to the action for us. Beach area was nice with our own "Private" area. We are retired "Boomer's" and prefer it a little more laid back. Nice place for a younger clientele.

PVR Holiday Trip

Spent a week in PVR at Thanksgiving. This condo is a couple of blocks farther out than we normally stay but it was awesome and well worth the extra steps. It’s pool side so you only need to grab a towel and walk out the door. There is a wonderful ocean view from the wall of windows in the living area. The two bedrooms are large and spacious with adjoining baths. The best part was the management.company and their attentiveness. Jesus answered all our questions and helped us plan outings. He was amazing.

Great stay with friends

A beautiful condo in a perfect location gave us a great vacation. It was just as pictured online. First floor with direct access to the pool. Surprisingly quiet with all the activity going on outside we were never disturbed.

PV condo

The unit was ok although I had the impression it was newer and it wasn't. The property manager was supposed to meet us and he was an hour or so late. The TV had only one stupid English channel. He came back and tried to fix it and said someone would bring a replacement cable box, but never did. The batteries in the door lock expired and it didn;t work. The front desk guys were great and helped. The showers were excellent although the head came off in my hand when I turned it on. Kitchen was fine. a/c was good.

Ok

Air conditioning was not adequate and the remotes didn’t work. Shower head flew off while I was showering- luckily I caught it so the glass door was okay. The restaurant across the street plays very loud music. Bed was comfortable.

Great Property

Excellent property and location. The complex is a 1 minute walk to the beach where there is a private area for condo guests. This is really great when the beach is crowded. The unit is a spacious ground floor unit and next to the pool, which is very convenient. The outdoor table and chairs are great for a morning coffee and start to the day. All of the expected amenities are provided. Every switch in the unit is labeled as to which device it controls. This is really great in an unfamiliar location. As an experienced international traveler I have never seen this before. It's just one indicator of the thought the owner has put into the property. Would definitely seek out this unit again if we return to this area.

Perfect stay!

We cannot wait to enjoy this property again. Condo is decorated beautiful and has everything you need. Loved walking right out to the pool or across to the beach. Great beach club at the end of the block. Taxi always outside to catch a 5 min ride into town if you choose not to walk. Front desk staff always friendly and helpful very safe location and building for 3 women

Beautiful place at a great location

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as described and the ocean view from the condo needs to be mentioned as the picture of the listing does not do it justice. Marshall was very responsive prior to our stay and during our stay, We would definitely stay here again

A True Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Marshall's wonderful condo! The condo is very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The private patio just off the pool area was especially nice for early morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The building is very secure with a 24 hour attended front desk and id required to be "buzzed in" at the door. The beach is just a few steps away with a private area for guests staying in the condo building. It was nice to always have a palapa and a comfy chair to relax in any time we wanted to! It was just a short walk to the Malecon and Old Town. Taxis and Ubers were readily available, as well. The representative from the property management company was very kind and professional and made check-in and check-out a breeze. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
