Basic hotel good for restful nights

Hotel close to Robinson mall. Basic hotel good for sleeping as we were there to spend time outdoors. No elevator at this hotel.

The best thing about the property is the location. It is minutes from Robinsons Mall, about a 3 minute walk. Aside from that it suits a purpose of a clean bed, cleanish bathroom, and affordable pricing. Everything worked ok in the room. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Some staff helped and some staff seemed indifferent. Maybe it was a language barrier. Overall this was ok for the value and if you’re not staying long and just need a place stay for a night or two then you’ll get value out of this place.

It was ok, Just go out to eat.

The hotel was ok, the mall was close by. The restaurant, service was very slow and it seem like they cooked the dished we ordered one at a time because that's how we got our food, one dish we ordered they forgot tyo cook, as we asked about how much longer it will take to get it, just to find out they where out.

Great location and friendly staff

The security guard was friendly and helpful. I requested for shuttle service but not available. There wasn’t anyone to assist me at the front desk when I arrived at 0600 feeling very tired and no sleep. It was 0820 when the front desk officer arrived and help me to check-in. I paid an extra 600 pesos to check in early. The front desk officer was very helpful and also help me to contact Philippine Airlines for my missing luggage. The room is nice and tidy. The phone wasn’t working. The shower area need cleaning. I bought extra cleaning product and clean the shower myself. Overall the staff are helpful, friendly and respectful. The WIFI was reasonable. The house keeping staff are willing to help when asked for help. The hotel location is closed to everything. Good experience, thank You

Budget no frills hotel

Go is a budget hotel, so it’s actually quite good for what you pay, but I think I think I would rather just pay a little more and stay somewhere nicer. It needs renovation and a little more cleaning although it wasn’t dirty. The first night there were ants all over our bed, but when we told staff, they immediately gave us a new room and it was fine after that. The staff was alright, just not memorable. No breakfast included. A very no frills hotel. Okay to stay a couple of nights if you don’t want to spend much money.
