4/10 Poor

I booked this property expecting a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, but there are important things travelers should know. The accommodations appear secondary to the farm/gift shop area that brings in daytime visitors for lunch, and guest services felt minimal.
My biggest concern was safety. The property is very large but not gated, and the villas sit directly next to the road, meaning anyone can walk onto the grounds. I was told someone would always be present on the property, but one night I realized I was completely alone there with no staff available. My phone battery had died and there was no way to reach anyone. I ended up having a panic attack.
I left after that horrible experience.
If a guest had experienced a medical emergency or accident, there would have been no one equipped to respond. For a property hosting overnight guests, the lack of 24-hour supervision is concerning.
The property is also extremely isolated. There is no restaurant except during lunch hours for daytime visitors, and there are no nearby stores, pharmacies, or restaurants within walking distance. If you stay here, plan ahead and bring food and supplies.
Another concern was the condition of some of the animals on the property. Several birds, including peacocks, were missing many of their feathers, and some cows appeared extremely thin with visible bones. The animals seem to attract visitors, but they are not receiving the level of care they should & the place should be inspected.
