Great place, but need some updates

It is a great condo, however it requires some updates, as we have some small issues, such as the fridge inside covers were broken or not working properly, the hot water of the master bedroom it wasn't working and two chairs from the dining table were broken. Other than that it was great staying!

Beautiful condo!

The condo was beautiful and had a great amount of space for all of our family. The balcony had a beautiful view of the beach, pool and the golf course. We will absolutely stay here again next year.

Great for family getaways

We stayed here during Spring break with our college aged children and their friends. The resort is beautiful and this unit is perfectly located. We were out on the wrap around porch every day. The three bathrooms really comes in handy with some many adults. The kitchen is an added bonus, we cooked dinner one night in the room which was great. I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful condo and views

The condo was amazing. Very spacious for our family. The only problem we had was with the TV's and sound system. We had a ton of remotes and only the master bedroom TV remote worked. Of course we weren't there to sit in a condo to watch TV but at night with 4 kids, it would have been nice to be able to have more than one tv when the unit had five to choose from. We also had to move furniture in the bunk room. We had our children in that room and there was an extra main door to enter or leave the condo. It was an easy fix to move a dresser to keep littles from opening the door but definitely something to consider. Housekeeping was very kind and thorough.

Wonderful unit

The unit is spacious and perfect for our group. The beds are quite firm in the bunk room and the 2nd bedroom. The property is beautiful but the building only has one restaurant on site and the food there was average. We loved the unit and made many special memories!

Fabulous stay. We will be returning!!

The property manager is so wonderful. Responded to all questions quickly and was extra informative. The condo was large and each room so wonderfully decorated. The view is incredible too!! We will be back!!

Siressa the BEST in the game

Friends and I had such a great time staying here. The condo is gorgeous and the amount of room available made 7 people feel not too overwhelming. Everything this property had to offer exceeded expectations What made this trip the most memorable however was the property manager Siressa's tireless efforts to make this the best experience possible for my party and me. Prior to our check-in time, we asked whether it was okay to have an early check-in. Since no one was checking out the day we were checking in, Siressa said we could check-in whenever we like and she would alert the resort to notify them of our early arrival. When we arrived, the resort claimed they had no record of our early check-in request and didnt administer our room keys to us since housekeeping was "cleaning the room for the party that just checked out". Siressa subsequently contacted the resort explaining how she already notified them of our early arrival and no one had been in the room for days before our check-in date so theres no reason housekeeping would need to be cleaning it at that time. Needless to say, we were immediately given our keys and access to the room! Siressa was a life saver with how involved she got when we needed it most. It would have been very easy for her to collect our money and not bat an eye but she was committed to making our experience the best possible. 10/10 would rent this property again and incredibly thankful to Siressa for coming to our aid when needed

Amazing Stay!

Siressa’s property was absolutely perfect! It looked exactly as pictured. It was extremely clean, comfortable and well designed. You can tell the owners have put a lot of upgrades in. It was super modern and up to date. Everything felt brand new. We loved that even though it is a condo, daily house keeping was still provided. The resort itself was very nice and accommodating. Check in was a breeze. Our kids loved the water slide and daily activities. My husband and I enjoyed the swim up pool bar and daily happy hours. We can’t wait to return.
