They didn't mention that the "ocean view" (over a parking lot that was very brightly lit all night) was on the fourth floor in a building where the elevator was out! Not out of a service for a day, but removed during construction. Shower didn't drain properly so after an inch had accumulated, it started spilling onto the bathroom floor. Their fix? Towels to block the water flow. Walked through dangerous tripping hazards of construction rubble on my way downstairs. No place to hang beach stuff in the bath, no place to put soap in the shower. No screen on the sliding glass door onto the balcony. Wifi didn't work in my room, although it worked in the office.

We have stayed here at least 4 times now. More small upgrades every trip. Chairs and a table on the balcony were added this time. Staff always wonderful and helpful. Check in and out was super quick. Beds are a little mexico stiff for me but the pillows and linens are clean and comfortable. Water pressure good with plenty of hot water. Balcony does overlook the parking lot but you can see the ocean across the street. This hotel checks the boxes for me as a more economical option. Will stay here again.

The staff were so honest I left my ID my drivers license there at the front desk and they saved it for me for before I left. We asked for a delivery person right away. She looked online and she got us two number so that we can call Very very clean place. Very safe place. We’ve been there a few times already.

Power was an issue Our room was in front of power generator and turn on night time so really hard to fall sleep really noisy ,and room was really good ,clean updated,how ever showers it was unfinished needs to finish paint ciling, a missing 2 pice of tile on floor level ,be side that this place is really good

Pros. Great air conditioning, 24 hour lot security, clean room. Beds work. Cons: thin walls and passthrough doors. Can hear everything neighbor is doing or saying. In a remodel so some construction but it's no biggie.

Very clean. Beds could be a bit more comfortable. Only complaint is that during the night some kind of machine would turn on for about 20 minutes and it was SUPER loud woke us up every time (4 times).

Hotel was good but Be weary of staff!

The evening security guard was a creep, he took his phone out to take pictures/video of us. And at check out we were charged for $25 for towels that were “Ruined” which they weren’t. One was dirty because we showered and make up was on the towel and the other we used to clean up a spilled soda. Was told by receptionist that they had tried to clean them and were unable to. We literally walked out of the room 2 minutes before this happened and definitely not enough time had passed for the maid to even attempt to clean them.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful, and the hotel was emaculate. Heavy construction going on outside. It was very noisy from the heavy equipment, early in the morning.
