The house was more than we expected!!! Beds very comfortable, lots of hot water for showers. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, lots of bottled water providedThe outside space was over the top. Great bbq for all our at home cooking and the lounging was fantastic. The beach was quiet and the neighbors we meet were friendly and helpful. Sunrises as well as sunsets were beautiful. We had dolphins as well as sea lions to watch almost daily

Sweet Beach Retreat

Cool beach house fully equipped in a wonderful location. If you like to be away from the crowds in town, then this is a good place for you. AC worked well, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the beds are comfortable. But most importantly, the beach is so beautiful!

This Place Was Absolutely Perfect!

Our family had a great time enjoying the house and beach! The location was beachfront so we were able to enjoy looking at the water at all times of the day from the covered patio. Great house on the beach

Great little house, well appointed. This was perfect for our family. All that we needed was there which is great because it is a drive into town. I would highly recommend arriving with all you need grocery wise or you will waste some beautiful beach time running errands. Beautiful, quiet beach perfect for beach combing, water play, & just chilling. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying in the 'mermaid' house. It was the perfect size with 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. House was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Wifi and Direct TV worked great. Kim was awesome to work with. Definitely will stay again!

Magical Getaway

Highly recommend this enchanting home located in the quiet, tranquil community of Playa Miramar!!! The house was beautiful and was outfitted with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The best word to describe our stay is magical - the beach front home with a front row seat to the ocean proved to be the perfect place to unwind, reset and relax. Kim was a lovely host and we look forward to returning soon!

A home away from home. The family and I had a great time. We had everything we needed from kitchen utensils and appliances, lots of linen and seating areas. Outside rinse area was nice. Step from patio onto the beach!!

Beautiful views from at least 7 sliding glass doors lining the patio that is right on the beach. Views and beach access couldn’t be better. Our dogs loved running along the beach chasing birds and playing fetch. Home is cutely decorated and comfortable. We plan on coming back next year!!

Amazing Beach

This is our second stay at the mermaid house. Great beach right off a covered patio. Home w great views. Comfortable outdoor furniture. Beach is not crowded. We saw dolphins playing w a kayaker right in front of the house. The next day we enjoyed watching the largest squadron of pelicans I have ever seen feeding in the waters right in front of us.
