Beachcomber es una gran casa de tres dormitorios y tres baños con muchos extras. La suite principal se enfrenta al océano y tiene acceso privado al patio, una cama king, chimenea decorativa y baño privado con doble lavabo, ducha grande con bancos y dos cabezales de ducha. El segundo dormitorio, también en el lado del océano, tiene dos camas dobles y TV / VCR. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen y está situado al lado del segundo baño que tiene una gran ducha a ras de suelo. La espaciosa gran sala cuenta con una fabulosa vista del Mar de Cortés, tiene un bar con fregadero y refrigerador grande, una chimenea decorativa, muchos asientos, TV vía satélite, CD e Internet inalámbrico. Una característica inusual de esta casa es su comedor separado con un amplio espacio para los ocho invitados. Al lado del comedor está la cocina, que está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos principales, que incluyen lavaplatos, triturador de basura, isla de preparación de alimentos con fregadero y triturador, cafetera, licuadora, microondas, tostadora y otra área para comer. Junto a la cocina hay una sala de juegos con TV / VCR. Las comodidades externas incluyen un porche cubierto muy grande con muchos muebles y una parrilla de carbón (traiga su propio carbón). The house was very nice. It's an older home that needs some repairs, but the location is fantastic. Our stay was wonderful. Be sure to bring your own spices, including salt and pepper, there is not any there, but the shakers are. Plenty of space for 8 of us. Would absolutely book it again.

Excellent stay! Unfortunately, Not this home! The home listed here was more than disappointing, but thanks to the amazing team and the host, we were moved to a home twice the size. Even more beautiful than expected. So, thanks to everyone here at las conchas!

The kitchen was not equipped, broken electric can opener and also dirty broken blender. Not enough towels or kitchen towels. The house is really run down. The photos were not accurate. The patio showed a nice table that sits 8 like the house can host. It only had 4 chairs. The steps to the beach were deteriorating badly causing a hazard. I have been renting houses in Las Conchas for 20 some years and had never been so disappointed. I am always in charge of renting the house for our girls trip and I was embarrassed when we arrived.My friends were all disappointed and said let’s never stay here again. Very upset to be missed guided by VRBO!!

On the beach

The house was on the beach it was a nice area especially when the tide is high. There is quite a bit coral in the area, made it a bit hard to swim. Pretty overall

Everything was perfect

The place is gorgeous! We were loving our stay. Unfortunately we went as they were shutting down the world due to the Coronavirus. The owners are going to credit us the 2 nights we didn’t get to stay. We thought the place was perfect and can not wait to go back.

Beachcomber is a huge rental that easily handled our two small families (4 adults and 2 small children). The view was amazing, especially at sunset. The deck above the patio was awesome for viewing the stars.

Location was perfect. House needs some love. Faucets not working, roof leak in one bedroom, no hot water, low water pressure. Advertised outdoor shower that didn’t work. Refrigerator froze everything even after we turned it down twice. Not major issues, but for the price, would expect better. Got stuck in the driveway after a rain. Good thing I had a truck, if we had the wife’s car, would have need d a tow! In spite of that, we still had a good time. A really great location

The good: Great location right on the beach. Set up of the house is good with bar area separate from kitchen. Lots of space to spread out. The upper deck is fantastic at night and made the bad much more bearable.The bad: The house needs some major attention; which is understandable from a beach house in Rocky Point. But have stayed at several houses in Los Conchas, and this one definitely needs a little more attention than others. 2 of the 3 showers did not work. One just leaked the entire time we were there. No hot water throughout the entire house. Patio furniture leaves a lot to be desired. There are several broken tiles on the patio that don't go well with bare feet. Access to the beach looks great, but there is a major drop off from the stairs to the sand. Very rocky beach area. And the worst part is dealing with Oceana Rentals which is who manages the house. After confirming with us that we could check in early, we show up at 12 noon as scheduled and are told that the house won't be ready until at least 3. But good news... "we won't charge you for the early check-in!" And when we were finally able to get into the house, it was obvious that nobody had been there in quite some time. Then during the stay when we tried to call about the showers not working, plus the one that just kept leaking, we were told somebody would be right there. Nobody ever showed up the remaining 2 days we were there. Cannot recommend staying here, largely based on Oceana.

The garbage disposal did not work, & dishwasher supplies were not enough. Power went out a couple of times & it was a good thing we had flashlights! The house was comfortable, but clearly needs maintenance. Loved the sound of the waves!!! Walking on the beach was heavenly!

We had no television for the first 2 days and when maintenance came out to activate it all we got was all Mexicanstations except one free m England. Read reviews prior to booking!!

Please read the reviews before booking this house. Absolutely the most broken down house we have ever rented in Mexico. This house needs some serious upkeep, there were water pressure issues in the master bathroom shower and the Kitchen sink. The master door wouldn’t open to the patio/beach, there are zero cleaning supplies including a broom, mop, washer/dryer etc The dishwasher couldn’t be used (no detergent) the Furnature was Disgusting both of the couches need thrown away you could not even sit on them without putting a blanket down first. Our checkin time was about an hour and a half late due to it not being cleaned in time. Out of the three bathrooms the one closest to the kitchen couldn’t be used because the shower knob was broken, the guest bathroom had mold growing in it. The pots and pans were old and just abused- the entire kitchen needs a reset with fresh pots, pans and appliances they were all falling apart including the refrigerator, the door would not close properly. The decor was miss matched, dusty and cluttered. I think guest would take better care of your home if you provided supplies to keep it clean especially when someone is staying for a week- they need the basic cleaning necessities specifically a broom. The view and beach access was great.

Nice for the price.

Nice home, had to find circuit breakers to reset for some rooms. Lots of rocks on this part of the Las Conchas beach.

Ehhh average!! Poor water pressure.

Check in was at 4 pm. Cleaning staff did not leave until 630 pm. Cleaning from whoever stayed prior to our group. Maintenance guy was also there trying to fix the bathroom sink. For more than two hours we did not get our privacy. On a positive note…. distance from house to beach is short. I also noticed that Rocky Point felt very safe this time around. Police were very laid back non present.

1st time staying here at Beachcomber on Las Conchas, wont be the last. House is exactly as described, lots of room for 8 people. Everything you need in the kitchen is there for food prep. Like the separate wet bar area. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Master bedroom and bath is huge. Water pressure real low in master bath, but it gets the job done. Living room is nice and roomy. Flat screen TV, with a firestick but no remote. Luckily I brought our firestick and we were able to stream. The star of the show is the fully covered patio. We spent most of our time here. The view of the Sea of Cortez is spectacular. There are 3 nice tables with 9 chairs to lounge around in. The steps from the patio then lead you to the beach. Kids had a great time. Bring your swim shoes as there are lots of rocks and going barefoot is not a good idea. Need to have a broom or mop to clean or sweep up the floors. This has also been noted in a previuos review. Also, the water hose in the back is in dire need of replacement. I had some 3M tape to cover the large hole in the hose, was able to use it to wash down the patio from sand. Some recepticles, are loose, and some dont work like the one outside in the patio. Overall, this is place is awesome, it could be fantastic with some TLC. We will be staying here again
