Our goal is to make your Puerto Morelos vacation a living dream every single time you visit by offering you top quality service without the loss of that small town feeling.

Káam, in the Mayan language, means to accommodate and that’s just what we do.

We offer you cozy apartments adorned in Mexican décor and equipped with a comfortable king-sized bed, sofabed, fully equipped kitchen and a lovely shower with amazing water pressure. Each room features locally crafted furniture and Mexican granite kitchen countertops fabricated by a true local artist. Each building also features an amazing roof top palapa to enjoy your Mexican siesta while overlooking the ocean and tropical flowers on your own private balcony as you enjoy your morning coffee.

K’áanáb, meaning “house by the sea” in the Mayan language, allows you to immerse yourself in the Mexican tradition. Each room features locally crafted furniture and Mexican granite kitchen counter tops.

We have a perfect location: within walking distance to the beach, the main square, local markets and an array of delicious restaurants.

Wonderfully comfortable condo!

Stayed fo 5 weeks and had everything I needed to feel at home. Friendly and helpful staff; Reyna was attentive and responded in a timely manner to my requests. The place is very clean and well taken care of. Location is close to beach, restaurants and shops. Overall I would highly recommend these condos.

Prenez garde avant de choisir ce condo, informations erronées sur la fiche descriptive

Nous y avons passé 7 jours (février 2024). La propreté du condo et la terrasse sur le toit sont les deux points positifs. Contrairement à ce qu'on nous avait dit, personne ne fut à la réception à notre arrivée. L'immeuble est sans adresse, et il n'y a aucune annonce "Kaam accomodations" pour nous confirmer que nous étions à la bonne place. Le chauffeur de taxi est resté avec nous pendant 1 heure pour nous aider. Nous avons pu envoyer un courriel à la personne avec qui nous avions réservé le condo pour l'aviser que nous étions là. Cette situation n'aurait jamais du arriver puisque l'entente était qu'une personne devait nous attendre et nous accueillir pour nous remettre les clés. Selon les informations indiquées (fiche descriptive du condo), le WIFI devait être illimité. Or, aucun WIFI à notre arrivée. Nous avons du envoyer des courriels et dire que nous étions très insatisfaits pour qu'une personne vienne (le lendemain pm) installer un "bidule" pour l'avoir. Il est également indiqué que le shampoing est disponible, ce qui faux. Quant au savon, il y a une bouteille qui ressemble à du savon à vaisselle. Il est mentionné que l'endroit est tranquille. C'est plus que très bruyant (musique jusqu'à minuit chaque soir). Attention aux personnes sensibles aux bruits. La plage est magnifique, de très bons resto (assez dispendieux). Vous avez en main les infos pour prendre une décision éclairée. Pour nous, aucune chance qu'on y retourne. Louise O'Reilly
