Cabana confortável, problemas nos serviços

De forma geral, a cabana é confortável, e fica em um região tranquila. No entanto, tivemos três problemas que comprometeram a hospedagem. 1) ao chegarmos, mesmo tendo informado o horário, ficamos um bom tempo até sermos atendidos. O portão estava fechado e não há campainha, o que obriga a bater palmas e esperar; 2) na confirmação de reserva constava "café da manhã grátis", mas a hospedagem não oferece café da manhã (apenas saquinhos de chá e pó de café de cortesia). Ainda que ao fazer a reserva não constasse a promessa de café da manhã, o fato de constar no folha de confirmação do hotels nos induziu a esperar que houvesse e portanto não a não comprar produtos para o desjejum; 3) o wi fi tem sinal péssimo, não conseguimos sequer baixar as mensagens de wats-app.
