This is a completely private lower-level apartment with its own separate entrance.

Guest access
- There is a private entrance to the downstairs apartment.
- Self check‑in with a keypad at the door. Your unique code and check‑in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
- Street parking only. Please do not park in or block the driveway.

Other things to note
- Fast Wi‑Fi via Google Fiber; network details provided in the house guide.
- Security: no cameras in guest areas. The upstairs tenants have exterior cameras only.
- Entry is via stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
- Utilities and trash are managed by the owner and host team. Please follow the house guide for any specifics.

Fees Disclosure:
• Guests must select either a refundable security deposit or an optional damage waiver for stay protection.
• No pets allowed.
• All fees are fully disclosed in advance and processed through secure, Airbnb-compliant software “Enso Connect”
• Acceptance of our rental agreement and applicable fees are required to receive access to the property. No exceptions.
