Welcome to the website for our waterfront home in Provincetown’s eastside gallery district – close to Angel Foods and PAAM, the art museum. For over five years we looked for a special place to buy; we found it and are pleased to make our home available to guests when we’re not in residence (including your under 25 lb. dog). Please note this unit is part of a smoke-free community.
Our home is spotless and we try to ensure it has what you need to relax and enjoy your time in Ptown. We are close to the town’s shops, galleries, clubs and outdoor activities.
Up one flight of private outside stairs into the second story of Bayshore Condominiums, is a year-round home, with a fully equipped cook’s kitchen and spectacular 180° views of the harbor and lighthouse from the kitchen, living and dining rooms, and one of the bedrooms.
The gas fireplace takes the chill off during cool summer evenings and is especially nice to enjoy with morning coffee in winter. There is a large private furnished outdoor deck and in-season direct beach access through the Bayshore gardens.
Our home has two bedrooms; the one on the main level has a queen bed. The other is in the loft up a spiral staircase, with two twin beds and a sitting area overlooking the living room and views of the harbor. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms with windows and walk-in showers. There is a separate office off the upstairs bedroom. There is a parking space and in-unit washer and dryer.

Cancellation Policy:
If the Commonwealth of Massachusetts bans short-term rentals, you would receive a full refund. Otherwise, our standard cancellation policy is in effect:
In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $500 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.

The property was right next door to major construction going on, which would wake us up in the morning and make sitting out on the deck overlooking the water unpalatable during the day due to the loud noise. This went on during the week of our entire stay. This at a cost of 1k/night, and no alternative but to endure it. Owners/property mgmt knew about this but failed to alert their customers. Be aware.

Spectacular
The property was perfect, and the view was indeed spectacular. In all of our years of staying in VRBO houses this was the best start and cared for. It’s location was perfect. Our only problem was that the second bedroom was essentially a loft with a high to enter it, and my wife was afraid of heights and couldn’t use it so our friends who are tall used it and it wasn’t ideal for them in terms of height. Nevertheless, this property is as good as it gets and we appreciated our stay.

Beautiful spot!
Beautiful unit on the water, lovely accommodations, beautiful little touches throughout. We were there in late December in the rain, and we sat by the fire in the chairs looking out over the deck and the water; the summer must be sublime! The unit was clean, and incredibly well appointed in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry..very comfortable master suite. We couldn't have been happier and can't wait to return, especially being able to bring our dog and have a parking spot! Great hosts, helpful, communicative.

This place ticked all the boxes. The location (east end near Angel foods), the killer view, well appointed - it was a dream. We’d still be there if it wouldn’t make for some awkward encounters with the next renters. Seriously this place was amazing.
