Oh My Gosh! The best place ever! ON commercial across from the Portuguese Bakery! The place was very clean and had all the cooking utensils/pots/pans that we needed. Spacious for 4 people. Sunny living room. Quiet bedrooms. And a GARAGE!!! So fun to be able to be in the middle of everything.

Overall good experience, priced right, great central location. I thought it might be too loud with late night revelers but double windows muted any street noise. Good communication with property management and accommodation of pets. Maybe needed more towels per room. Single bathroom requires coordination with your friends. Overall Recommended.

The only good thing about this rental was the location and the water pressure in the shower. Coffee maker non functional,air conditioner was in closet not in window in bedroom,animal hair everywhere,lots more but I’m done.

The apartment was very outdated. It felt like a mishmash of things all over. The bathroom had no place for a woman to get ready - no counter space at all. Basically had to leave everything on the floor while getting ready. Outside seating unfortunately didn't have any view - just overlooked a driveway and the seating out there was just 2 plastic chairs. The place was clean but I expected more.

Great time

Joel was great to deal with , very responsive. 3 roomy bedrooms and living area. I traveled with three teenage children and it was great that we were right downtown so they could wander around on their own and easily make it back! It can be noisy, but it certainly didn’t bother us especially with the air conditioning units running we really didn’t hear much, but you are very much in the middle of the action. I’ll come back

Huge space right on Commercial

Huge second-floor apartment right on Commercial Street—easily fits six people. The single bathroom is accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom, and the unit is stocked with everything from kitchenware to beach chairs. Each bedroom has its own A/C unit, which our dog appreciated. The two back bedrooms are quiet; we stayed in the front room facing Commercial and while there was some ambient noise, it was never disruptive—especially with the A/C on. Great water pressure, responsive host, and excellent people-watching from the bay windows.
