This provides plenty of parking for boats, kids to play, picnics, etc. Swing on the front wrap around porch after making your coffee at the Coffee Bar, Enjoy Fishing and Water Activities within walking distance, and afterwards, wind down with the cocktail/wine bar inside the home.
