Such a wonderful place to stay. The condo had everything you could want (dishwasher, washer/dryer, Smart TV, big shower, comfy bed) plus a fabulous view of Hanalei Bay on the patio. Princeville was very beautiful and very convenient to Hanalei town and many shops and restaurants and beaches. Would love to stay here again.

The property sits on a bluff with a prime location for viewing the most gorgeous sunsets. The attached photo was taken from the lanai outside this unit. We would spend the evening enjoying wine taking in this beauty. The location of this complex makes for easy access to all activities the north shore area of Kauai has to offer. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were very clean and well stocked. Use of the washer/dryer also came in handy. The unit comes equipped with beach chairs and a cooler, which are great options for daily outings. The AC is only in the bedroom, which I learned after the first night, if you close the bathroom door and the door to the living area, the bedroom stays quite cool for sleeping. The unit gets afternoon sun which makes it toasty late in the day when we returned from our outings. Needed to be opened up and aired out which the fans facilitated. This is our 3rd time to stay in Princeville, and our first time to stay in a VRBO/private residence here. It is a lovely place and a great value. If you choose to stay here, hope you enjoy it as much as we did. Mahalo!

We love the area this condo is in and have stayed nearby several times. It’s close to several beaches and the town down the road has lots of shops and restaurants, plus the area itself is just beautiful. The condo was very accurate to the listing. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked well for the bedroom area, they did supply snorkel gear, beach chairs, and other nice touches that weren’t in the listing. We really enjoyed having a full kitchen and fridge which we haven’t had before and will definitely make that a requirement for our next visit. I don’t think we would stay in this exact condo again because it is ran by a property management company I had to download another app, the view of the sunset and beach was gorgeous but it also made the main living area very hot so you had to keep the blinds closed anyway, and it’s probably just the luck of the draw but our upstairs neighbors were playing music and were kind of annoying. We definitely will come back to Kaua’i and will look for similar condos to this as it does have a lot of perks and features we enjoyed.

When you walk in the front door the first thing you see are the beautiful mountains and the azure ocean waves. Then the Nene birds come cruising by to say hello and walk right up to you, amazing!!!! I could have stayed on the patio the whole trip

This was our second stay in this very unit and we were thrilled to “come home.” The sunsets were breathtaking! This unit provides everything you need in a lovely, well-appointed setting. And having 2 weeks to enjoy made it seem even more luxurious!

The property was wonderful….view breathtaking! However the lack of response to issues was a major factor in whether we use Vrbo again. Especially being unable to access pool because key didn’t work. We reached out multiple times; no one responded when replacing a key should’ve been an easy fix!

Beautiful View

Everything was perfect about this condo and location, especially the view. And the paved path to Hideaway Beach is just feet from the condo. If arriving late at night, it can be quite challenging to find unit 116 - Park in lot "Buildings 2-3" and follow the paved path from the parking lot to lower level, turn right and you'll find it. We will definitely be back and will stay here again.
