The property is well managed and we received well-timed communications that provided helpful information. It is located in the gorgeous community of Princeville. At times we could hear the surf from the back deck. The long driveway provides plenty of room for parking 2 vehicles. There is also a residential "park" or open space easily accessible from the side of the back of the property. Our boys wish we had brought a frisbee, as it is perfect for running around. The spiral staircase up to the bedroom in the loft is charming. The rice cooker, stove, and outdoor grill made it easy to prepare evening meals when we returned to the house in the evenings.
