Million dollar views

My family of 8 stayed for a long weekend. There are comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen. The patio is wonderful for enjoying star gazing by the fire pit. Paula is quick to respond to any questions. The only small negative is that there are signs everywhere in the house reminding of rules. I hosted a dinner and guests were required to park at the bottom of a long, steep drive instead of in the large parking area at the house. That said, I would stay again. It is a lovely home.

Wonderful view, even greater with sunset

We had a great stay at Prescott Sunset Sanctuary--beautiful location and views, even more spectacular sunset! Very clean and well-stocked house. Easy drive to downtown Prescott and close to activities. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay!!

This may be our new favorite Prescott location - the living area is a beautiful open concept, so everyone in the family can visit. Bedrooms & bathrooms were nicely renovated, everything was clean & Paula was so kind to us. Bonus: deer came up to the trees this morning & ate leaves right outside our window!Loved all the posters & recommendations for things to do nearby; we are already considering coming back so we can take advantage. Thanks again, Paula!!

Surprise 70th, 1st time visit for many

Gorgeous views, great home & awesome amenities made this an amazing spot for our family & friend adventure to AZ. Paula is a gracious and responsive host, with great style. The home was set up with the current season decor & we airfield the love put into it.

An Amazing View! You won't want to miss this one!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Prescott Sunset Sanctuary. The view out over Prescott and the surrounding area is incomparable, with everything laid out before you almost as if you were in an airplane. If you like mountain views, this is the place for you. The patio is massive, and complete with a living room suite of patio furniture with all the appropriate cushions and two massive sun umbrellas for shade, plus two fire pits with more outdoor furniture around them, PLUS a picnic table with a third huge sun umbrella on the patio on the side of the house. This house’s patio is MADE for living outdoors! Also there are several large comfortable couches inside in the living room, a large dining table, and the kitchen is wonderfully stocked with more spices and basic cooking supplies (flour, white and cane sugars, olive oil, etc.) than any other rental I have stayed in! Plus two kinds of coffeemakers, a toaster oven, and a very nice convection oven. Best of all, Paula, the host, was extremely attentive, quick to respond to any questions we had, and even brought over a small drink blender when I mentioned that I couldn’t find a blender to make frozen mochas for my wife! She was the best host I have had in the two dozen or so I have experienced with house rentals. She goes above and beyond all normal host expectations. We even had two deer saunter past the patio as we sat out there! We are sure to return in the future. Also, it is great for a walker or wheelchair.

4th of July with Friends

Our group of 4 couples truly enjoyed this rental. The property was incredible, particularly the back deck with amazing views overlooking the valley. The property host was warm and welcoming, the property was very clean, decorated for the holiday, and had points of interest materials for anyone interested in exploring the area. It was a 5 star stay!

Stunning view!

Absolutely amazing! Breathtaking views of the city. We enjoyed pur views with our coffee on the patio in the morning and then wine by the fire at night. Had everything we needed inside the spacious house. Paula thought of every detail to ensure our stay was enjoyable. She was very attentive and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Will be back!!

Perfect place!

Absolutely perfect. 4 adult couples hitting the local jeep trails. Great place to clean up, watch the sunset with a cocktail then off to town for dinner. Should have stayed at the house, grilled and hung out on the perfect patio. We will be back!!

Fun house and property

We really enjoyed staying at this house. The views are fantastic, from any part of the huge patio. The property was fun to explore, seeing many birds and small wildlife and also four javelina that wondered through the yard. The house was very comfortable to "hang out" in. The communication with Paula, the host, was excellent.
