Perfect spot for a layover for Business or Leisure

I keep coming back. This hotel is within easy reach of airport and town, but away from all the unwanted noise. Staff is friendly and nice and even acknowledge my repeat custom. Facilities are great and lot of eating options around.

Really nice hotel

Rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable. Amenities in the room were lovely (robes, rituals toiletries). Spa facilities are extra, and the pool can get crowded (especially during rainy weather) but with a well-equipped gym there is plenty to do. Breakfast was a high point. Something for everybody, everything was fresh and delicious, the coffee was either from a machine or barista-style if you like that. Also, there was always an abundance of staff on hand to make sure the tables were cleared and that there was very seldom a queue for anything. Another nice touch was the fact the hotel provided food to take away for a packed-lunch. It is situated in a quiet (largely residential) area, but with a tram (stop just outside) you are in the centre of Prague in 15 mins.

Long story but items stolen by staff?

This was my second stay in a month at this hotel and I was excited to return. On my previous trip I accidentally left a small bag of medication and contact lenses at the hotel. They offered to send it but I said as I’d be back in a month could they keep it. When I arrived this time I told them and the nice guy on the reception went to get my bag. Had it been lost or misplaced that would have been one thing, sadly that was not the case. The nice green bag itself had been stolen (presumably by staff) and all the contents dumped in a paper bag. On closer inspection even some of my pills were now missing. The guy on the desk was embarrassed but it was pretty obvious someone on staff liked the look of the bag (and certain medications) and decided to steal them and leave what they didn’t want essentially in a paper trash bag. Sad really as it’s a nice hotel and although more expensive than where my colleagues were staying I still chose to go back there. I won’t be returning again as I don’t necessarily feel my belongings would be safe.
