The property is in the heart of Old Town Prague. Billa grocery store is a 4 minute walk away. We never had to use public transportation. ( walked everywhere ) The only issue is that late at night a little loud from the bars closing. Lots of drunk people singing in the streets. I kind of like hearing those people singing having a good time, so it didn't bother us at all...Just people having a good time

The property is very well located, but the communication with the staff—who were very kind—was complicated and responses took too long. There was a coffe maker but not one single pod for the first day. And there was a piece of a bag of snacks from the previous guest under a nightstand.

While they don't offer a front desk, check-in communication was excellent. Room was clean, spacious and comfy. Location was perfect if you are in Prague as a tourist. My only comment is they don't offer any shampoo or coffee. You might plan on bringing your own or buying at one of the many nearby mini marts.
