Ok for super short stay

This is a new apartment so the amenities were great and the furniture are new although the room we got is not exactly how it was pictured. Great location and easy to get around. However we didn’t have a good experience because: - there’s an eggy smell from the time we checked in until we checked out. We reported this multiple times but it was ignored - the room is SO warm and the AC didn’t function properly. It’s only early spring and already so warm inside, I cannot imagine how it would be like during summer. We adjusted the temperature but didn’t work, and I had trouble sleeping everyday. We reported this as well but they never take any action it was super frustrating - the hot water didn’t work on one of the morning we’re staying - it was near a busy street so it was loud with car honking all night long and construction happening nearby. It’s more bearable if we close the window, but then it will then be too warm inside sigh Because there’s no in-person reception, it was difficult to reach them through the app, and they are only attending the messages HOURS after you messaged. Definitely not a 4 star hotel experience as advertised

Studio très propre, confortable, refait à neuf. Du calme durant tout le séjour, on n'entend pas les chambres autour. Il donnait sur la cour interieure donc il n'y avait pas les bruits de la ville, vraiment très silencieux. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. Idéalement situé à 5mn de tous les metros de Prague et du tramway qui nous amène au centre historique en 10mn. On trouve toutes les commodités autour (supermarchés, bars, restaurants etc...)

Sehr modern, sauber, toller Ausblick vom Balkon. Zentral gelegen und unser Zimmer hinten raus war sehr ruhig. Das Bett ist recht klein, das sollte einem bewusst sein. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt kein Problem.

Worst service I've had

The apartment in itself looks like the pictures, with furnishment and it looks new. Problem is; they say they have 24/7 support, they only answer in office hours. I sent them a message sunday (checking out tuesday). As of wednesday I still haven't got the answer. We were supposed to have cleaning on sunday, but we never got it (we got cleaning once in our stay of nights). The dishwasher was broken, with water leaking everywhere (they said they would fix this, but didn't). Our apartment was in the basement floor, which wasn't exptected. The internet connection was bad in the whole second floor of our apartment, with it being disconnected many times. Honestly I travel alot, and this has proabably been the place with the worst service received, with them not even replying.

The room was nice and clean. The only disturbing thing was a constant green light in the room which made it harder to sleep. Huge plus for the laundry facilities in the hotel.
