Hamlet is an amazing communicator and goes above and beyond to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked with paper towels , saran wrap , ziploc bags , herbs and spices , salt and pepper, dish soap, probably dishwasher pods , but we didn't use any...Bathrooms have plenty of towels and shampoo, conditioner and body soap. It's a very safe, quiet cul-de-sac with Aldi's, Walmart and a movie theater close by. Hamlet provided a garage door opener so parking is super convenient. The patio and deck area are fabulous and kid friendly cups and dishes are provided. We definitely recommend this house.

Our daughter and two grandsons live in Poway and we were very happy to find such a cozy home nearby to spend time with them and meet our two month old grandson for the first time. The house is located in a very family feeling neighborhood which was ideal for us. We had lovely weather and enjoyed the privacy of the back yard with both shady and sunny patio area facing west to enjoy sunsets. Trader Joe's was close by for groceries and the house kitchen is well equipped and much enjoyed by us. We did have a couple maintenance issues that we reported, and the owner was quick to respond and resolve for us. We had a lovely time!

Weekend Stay for a Wedding

I stayed with my family for 2 nights, and everything about the stay was super comfortable! The code to open the front door was different from the one that was provided, but we were able to get hold of the emergency contact very quickly - No Problem! I also asked about a particular equipment (hairdryer), I got a favorable answer right away - Thank You! The water pressure of the showers of both bathrooms were excellent! We didn't do much cooking during our stay, but I did *look* to find that all the essentials there. The keurig with both pot-brewing and single-shot dispensers accommodated for both coffee and tea drinkers in the morning, which was great! The deck/patio in the back was great too; relaxed on the cushioned chairs in the mornings. Will definitely stay again if we want/need to be in the area, thanks!!

Comfortable home walkable in family-friendly neighborhood

The owner and manager made sure we had everything we needed including direct access to them if necessary. Very kind and thoughtful people. All the basics were supplied. Elena even left stain spray and a scrub brush by the washer and dryer for people like me who are forever staining their clothes. They thought of everything to make our visit pleasant. We enjoyed our extended stay in this comfortable home with its open living space looking out onto the patio with its valley view. The home is located in a family-friendly residential neighborhood. It’s a 6 block walk to restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping. You will need a car if you want to visit the beaches or LaJolla and Del Mar (½ hour drive) or Safari Park, San Diego Zoo or Legoland. Don’t forget to go to the Poway Farmers Market on Saturday morning. There’s usually a live band, a flower show or other entertainment. For history buffs, don’t miss the Poway Historical Society and short train ride around the park. Then come home and enjoy their BBQ or firepit as you watch the sun set in the west.

Fantastic getaway!

This house is perfect for any stay. It’s quiet, relaxing and has all the comforts of home. Just grab a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise from the deck. My family and I were very comfortable and couldn’t have asked for more. I highly recommend this property!
