Walking into our room we smelled mold and mildew. Semen stains in outer green sheet in bed( green shows everything) also had people looking in on our ground level room through a window with no screen and one broken lock. Very loud what appeared to be a staff party out back of hotel, last but not least was informed by gas station clerk bed bug infestation 4 months prior to our stay. We left about an hour after checking in. THIS IS NOT A FAMILY HOTEL. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

Everything was clean and looked good. Staff was courteous and prompt. The damp musty smell is barely tolerable. The carpet had to go as it traps the odor of dampness when temperature in the room is above 70 degrees. The toilet was loud and the light fixture in the entry to the room was cloudy and stained. The light in the shower area flickered a lot thought I was going to be showering in the dark.

The entire carpet was dirty and damp. The room smelled extremely musty/damp. Our room was beside the side exit and every morning, sometimes as early as 5am, we would hear the constant slamming of the door from people exiting or going out to the smoking area. The surfaces and lamps were dirty/dusty.

They didn’t have the room we reserved available, so we had to just take a room they had. Then it was smelly musty. Like maybe from people coming back from pool and water standing in carpet over time. Overall gave it a 3. Needs upgrades. Just old.

Not worth the price

At check in we were supposed to get a king size bed with efficiency. We ended up with 2 doubles. No money refunded for heaper room. Mold smell through out the entire building. The fan in the bathroom did not work. 6 cats lived in the back parking lot. A few of the guests had just gotten out of rehab and were staying at the hotel and had no shame in letting anybody who would listen to their sob story trying to get money. What a fiasco. The employee who checked us in was actually very nice, helpful and tried to be accommodating. Breakfast was from 6-10am and the owners made the employees end between 9 and 930am.

I would rate it above average for the price. Floors were nice and clean especially the tile in the lobby. Beds was comfortable. Bath and shower were nice. I would stay here again.

Perfect for a short one night stay for work. Very basic, but clean and a nice Quality Inn. Staff was not very attentive (understaffed?) and hard to find at the front desk at times, but friendly. Breakfast was good, some hot options (waffles, sausage and egg/ cheese omelets). The pool was warm which was very nice! I rarely use pools at hotels because they tend to be cold.

Staff is absolutely horrible. Refused service and refused to let me check in. A few days later they just charged my card for a no show and charged the full amount of the stay.
