Pretty basic motel. The room was very clean and so was the general area but as everybody knows Hampton Beach is sort of honky-tonk but the beach is pretty and a block away away from the Janmere. It's pet friendly but does not provide a place to walk your dog and not much grass is the vicinity. For what we needed, off season, the Janmere was perfect.

The room was clean but minimal. Could benefit from updating but nothing was broken or in disrepair. No microwave, coffee maker. I checked in after office closing 8:30 pm and checked out before opening 7:10 am. Young man that was sitting outside did get my key for me out of lock box.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I have never had such an awful experience as dealing with this place & it’s zero customer service . I don’t know if it’s actually exists… tried to contact the office for hours to get into our room and NEVER got a response. Never got into our room nor did they refund our money. We had to find another place to spend the night!! I will never recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy! No one deserves such an experience like this.

Staff and motel was nice. Room very small. No hair dryer or microwave provided in room. Mini fridge in room. My departure was delayed by an 1.5 hours by an orgainized 1/2 marathon race. All roadways were blocked. No way to leave location. Hotel did not inform guest of this event. Claimed they were unaware roadways were blocked.

Our room was quiet and comfortable. You could hear some outdoor traffic but nothing else bothersome! Pets welcome and there was a very well behaved one next door. Which was very nice. The room has some aged spots to it but we really didn’t mind as we had a wonderful short walk to the ocean and We enjoyed our stay tremendously!
