- plus a third bathroom with sink, toilet and bidet.



Perfect for families and groups of friends, Il Grifo offers everything you need to feel at home even on vacation: heating, cable TV, board games and children's books, ideal even on cooler days.



The real gem? The large garden with furnished terrace, where you can enjoy outdoor breakfasts or sunsets over the sea, surrounded by nature and silence.



The nearest beach is just 8 minutes away by car, while restaurants, shops and bars can be reached in about 10 minutes.



Useful information:

- Groups of only boys/girls under the age of 22 are not accepted. The house is designed for families and adult groups who want a quiet and relaxing holiday.

- Late check-in has a small supplement.

- A discount on the ferry can be requested once the booking is confirmed and no longer cancellable.

- Charging of electric cars is not permitted inside the property, but there are numerous public charging points available on the island. We will be happy to indicate the most convenient ones based on your itinerary.

- A barbecue is available, the use of which may be limited in case of municipal restrictions related to the risk of fires.

- Check-in will be carried out by a person on site.
